I’m Dr. Beth Hatt, founder of SageEQ—a space created to give educators a safe place to practice and develop essential skills for working with children, even the ones who challenge us the most. With over 20 years of experience in K–12 education and teacher preparation, my background in special education and certification in restorative practices inform everything I do. Think of SageEQ as a kind of “Buddha for teachers”—a place to grow, reflect, and add powerful tools to your teaching toolbox
